Pilot programme & results

We publish customer results only once the customer has seen the figures and signed them off. No pilot has completed yet, so this page shows the three branded pilots now open and exactly what each one measures — so you can see the evidence you would get, not marketing claims you cannot check.

Status: pilots in progress. Named case studies with verified before-and-after numbers will replace these outlines as each customer approves publication.

How a 14-day pilot runs

  1. Day 0 — baseline. One team plays their pack once; scores and repeat-attempt rates become the starting point in manager reports.
  2. Day 1 — branding. Your logo goes on the board plaque and certificates, and QR codes are printed for each work area.
  3. Days 2–13 — in-shift play. Phones, tablets or a break-room TV in team mode. Nothing to install, no email addresses needed.
  4. Day 14 — readout. We export the CSV/Excel report together and compare against baseline, question by question.
  5. Sign-off. If you are happy for the numbers to be published, they become a named case study here; if not, they stay yours.

What we will never do

  • Invent testimonials, logos or statistics.
  • Quote a result the customer has not read and approved.
  • Publish an individual worker's scores — case studies report team-level figures only.
