Owner of rights

All rights in the CHOOSE MOI training games, including the game concept, board artwork, characters, question content, video curation, software code, interface design, branding, logos, sound effects, and documentation, are owned by [COMPANY] or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

What clients and users may not do

Unless you have a written licence or agreement with us, you must not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any part of the games or materials.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the games, boards, characters, or content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the app.
Resell, sublicense, white-label, or transfer access to the games to another organisation.
Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the app.
Use the games or content to train artificial intelligence models or build competing products.
Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, or ownership notices.

Permitted use

Clients and their employees may use the games only through the accounts, licences, and branded links we issue for the number of players covered by their plan. Personal use outside that scope is not permitted without written consent.

Enforcement and consequences

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licences, and take legal action against anyone who uses or copies our app without permission. Unauthorised use may result in civil liability and, where applicable, criminal penalties for copyright or trade mark infringement.
