- 4.Watch the question on the TV and tap A, B, C or D on your phone.
- 5.Fastest correct answer wins the round. Scores update on the TV.

QR & room-code troubleshooting
| QR code won’t scan | Use the phone’s own Camera app, hold steady, avoid screen glare — or just type the room code. |

| Camera does nothing | Camera access is blocked. iPhone: Settings → Safari → Camera → Allow. Android: padlock in the address bar → Permissions → Camera → Allow. |
| Nothing opens after scanning | New tabs/pop-ups are blocked. Allow pop-ups for the site, or type the address below by hand. |
| Room code not found | Codes only work while the TV host screen is open, and change with every new room. Ask the host to restart the room and re-read the code. |
| Wrong-looking letters | Codes never use B, I, O, S, Z, 0, 1, 2, 5 or 8 — if you see one, you’ve misread a similar character. |
| Keeps disconnecting | Workplace/guest Wi-Fi often blocks live connections. Switch that phone to mobile data. Players do not need the same Wi-Fi as the TV. |
| Still stuck | On the join page tap “Diagnose my problem” — the app self-tests and names the exact fix. |
